A Commitment to Change
I'm IAB Founder Ryan Anderson. I'm a certified life coach and business consultant who has built 3 successful businesses totaling 50 employees and 30 million dollars in revenue. Most important, I've been married 20 years, and I'm the father of 4 kids.
Like many people I know, I've faced down depression, anxiety, panic attacks and worse. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, and I have learned a lot along the way.
Most important, I've learned that change is possible. It's not easy, because our brains are hardwired against it. But with the right techniques, from ancient wisdom to neuro-associative conditioning, we can overcome intertia, embrace change, and grow into the people we are meant to become.
